3 stages from discovery to verification
Before listing a Heritable Lordship Style-Title, Manorial House conduct detailed research into the history and status of the Manor it relates to. We like to be transparent about our processes.

A candidate manor is identified after deep research across historical and governmental databases. Each candidate is screened for evidence of identifiable current ownership, registered interests, competing claims and other material concerns. The findings, searches undertaken and evidential limitations are recorded before any Style-Title is approved.

- 2 -
A chronology-first Historical Report is completed deeply reviewing unresolved questions, links, and historic records. An 18+ page Historic Report is reviewed, approved and the Lordship Style-Title is listed for sale on the website if avaliable.

- 3 -
The Heritable Lordship Style-Title is added to the Manorial House register. A purchaser ready report, guide, terms, deed are prepared ready for completion. Our deeds, customer terms and guides have all been reviewed and approved by Legal Consultants for peace of mind.
Independent legal review
Scope of Legal Review and Assurance
MANORIAL HOUSE commissioned three independent review of its contractual framework, deeds, customer information, terms, chosen title style and supporting processes. The review was conducted by an external UK-trained legal consultant and considered the legal principles relevant to the creation, documentation, transfer and succession of the modern private Style-Title package.
The review is intended to support transparency and responsible business practice. It is not an individual endorsement by a solicitor, barrister, court, government body or regulator and does not establish ownership of an original lordship, land or manorial rights. Independent Legal Review
MANORIAL HOUSE has undertaken a three-stage independent legal review of the Heritable Lordship Style-Title™ product under the law of England and Wales.
1. Full Legal Review
The full transaction and document suite, including the operative legal documents, customer terms, transfer and succession arrangements, and supporting documents was independently reviewed for legal structure, enforceability, consumer protection and regulatory compliance. Following that review, the Independent Legal Consultant concluded:
“The Manorial House Heritable Lordship Style-Title product is considered legally viable and the document suite is considered suitable to progress towards launch under the law of England and Wales. 2. Style-Title Legal Opinion
A separate legal review by an independent lawyer and legal consultant considered the specific use of the Style-Title, including the relevant principles of contract law, manorial and property law, misrepresentation, passing off and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. The following customer-facing opinion was expressly approved for publication:

3. Independent Barrister Review
Finally, the core legal proposition was independently considered by a JustAnswer UK Law verified Barrister-at-Law, who provided assurance after reviewing our product suite and confirmed no general prohibition on creating and granting a style-title of this kind.
