A candidate manor is identified after deep research across historical and governmental databases. Each are screened and a preliminary dossier is created ruling out current personal or crown ownership.

A chronology-first Historical Report is completed deeply reviewing unresolved questions, links, and historic records. An 18+ page Historic Report is reviewed, approved and the Lordship Style-Title is listed for sale on the website if avaliable.

The Heritable Lordship Style-Title is added to the Manorial House register. A purchaser ready report, guide, terms, deed are prepared ready for completion. Our deeds, customer terms and guides have all been reviewed and approved by Legal Consultants for peace of mind.Â
